​STAND brings youth together in a statewide movement against tobacco use to create a healthier, brighter future for all Idahoans.  The program awards grants of $750 - $1,000 to youth groups who undertake advocacy projects to both raise awareness of the threat tobacco poses and to create change for a healthier community for all.
